Patrick Bowdoin, 37, of Norwalk, was arrested in March for taking photos and videos under the skirts of at least 12 women with his cellphone, according to New Canaan Police.

The incidents came to light after a woman reported an incident that occurred at the restaurant The Commons at Grace Farms in December.

According to warrant applications filed in Stamford Court, Bowdoin followed the 29-year-old woman into the bathroom and entered the stall next to her, then slid a Samsung phone underneath and recorded the women until she screamed and he fled.

The woman reported the incident to New Canaan Police who began an investigation that found that Bowdoin was involved in multiple acts of voyeurism in which he would use his cellphone to take photos and videos under the skirts of the women without their knowledge or consent, police said.

The 12 incidents discovered took place in New Canaan, Norwalk, and Stamford, police said.

Bowdoin’s LinkedIn profile said he worked as the lead line cook at Grace Farms from December 2015 to December 2017.

He was processed on 12 counts of voyeurism with malice and released on $25,000 bond.

The pre-trial hearing is scheduled for Friday, June 29.
